What this quote means

Seneca urges us not to postpone our life, not to wait for ideal conditions to start living fully. Each day is an entire life in miniature, with its possibilities and joys. By considering each day as an autonomous existence, we become aware of its value and commit to living it intensely. It is an invitation to the urgency of living now.

How to apply it daily

This morning, decide that this day is your life. Set a meaningful goal and act accordingly, as if it were your last chance.
